What kind of electronics do you take?
We accept laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, hard drives, cables, networking gear, and more. If it plugs in or stores data, we take it.
How do you destroy data?
We wipe all drives to NIST 800-88 standards and issue tamper-proof certificates of destruction. R2-compliant handling is available upon request.
Will I get a report for compliance or audits?
Yes. You’ll receive a full chain-of-custody report, destruction logs, and resale breakdowns—ideal for NIST, HIPAA, FERPA, R2, or internal audits.
Will we receive anything in return?
Yes. We share 20% of the resale value from any equipment that can be refurbished. You can choose to receive it directly or donate it to a cause of your choice.
How fast can you pick up?
Usually within a few days. In many areas, we offer next-day pickup. No boxing or sorting needed.
